What is BABYLON School?
A school management platform for Iraqi schools. It brings registration, student records, attendance, exams and grades, fees, timetables, transport and a family portal into one secure system, in Arabic and English.
Who is it for?
Schools of any size, and everyone in them: owners and principals, administration, teachers, accountants, parents and students. Each person sees only what their role allows.
Is it available now?
Not yet — BABYLON School is coming soon. Join the waitlist to be told first, or book a demo to see it for your school.
Is it fully in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is a complete right-to-left experience, and every user can switch between Arabic and English at any time.
Do parents need an email address?
No. Parents can sign in with a username or phone number. The school gives them a printed login sheet with a QR code and a one-time activation code, and they create their own password. Adding an email is still recommended, because password recovery is done by email.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. BABYLON School works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. iPhone and Android apps are planned after launch.
Can parents pay fees online?
Not in the first version. The school records fees and payments in BABYLON School and issues receipts in Arabic or English.
Is our school's data safe?
Each school's data is kept separate from every other school. All connections use HTTPS, passwords are stored as secure hashes, activation codes are single-use, and sensitive changes ask for your password again. See our Privacy Policy.
Who owns the school's data?
The school does. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Who is the waitlist for?
School owners, principals and teachers who want to bring BABYLON School to their school. We contact everyone on WhatsApp, so please sign up with a number that has WhatsApp. If you are a parent and would like it at your child's school, tell the school about it or contact us.
Does joining the waitlist cost anything?
No. Joining is free and creates no subscription, purchase or obligation.
What happens after I join?
We save your details and contact you on the WhatsApp number you gave us about BABYLON School's progress and when it opens to new schools. Joining does not guarantee access or a launch date.
How can I leave the waitlist?
Send us a message from the contact page or email [email protected] with the phone number or email you signed up with, and we will remove you.

ما هي نظام إدارة المدارس من بابلون؟
منصة لإدارة المدارس العراقية تجمع التسجيل وسجلات الطلاب والحضور والامتحانات والدرجات والرسوم والجداول والنقل وبوابة أولياء الأمور في نظام واحد آمن، بالعربية والإنجليزية.
لمن صُممت؟
للمدارس بمختلف أحجامها، ولكل من فيها: المالكين والمديرين والإدارة والمعلمين والمحاسبين وأولياء الأمور والطلاب. ويرى كل شخص ما تسمح به صفته فقط.
هل هي متاحة الآن؟
ليس بعد — نظام إدارة المدارس من بابلون قادم قريباً. انضم إلى قائمة الانتظار لتكون أول من يعلم، أو احجز عرضاً تجريبياً لمدرستك.
هل هي بالعربية بالكامل؟
نعم. العربية تجربة كاملة من اليمين إلى اليسار، ويمكن لكل مستخدم التبديل بين العربية والإنجليزية في أي وقت.
هل يحتاج أولياء الأمور إلى بريد إلكتروني؟
لا. يمكن لأولياء الأمور الدخول باسم مستخدم أو رقم هاتف. تسلّمهم المدرسة ورقة دخول مطبوعة فيها رمز QR ورمز تفعيل لمرة واحدة، وينشئون كلمة مرورهم بأنفسهم. ومع ذلك يُنصح بإضافة بريد إلكتروني لأن استعادة كلمة المرور تتم عبره.
هل تعمل على الهاتف؟
نعم. يعمل نظام إدارة المدارس من بابلون عبر المتصفح على الهاتف والجهاز اللوحي والحاسوب، وتطبيقات آيفون وأندرويد مخطط لها بعد الإطلاق.
هل يمكن دفع الرسوم إلكترونياً؟
ليس في النسخة الأولى. تسجّل المدرسة الرسوم والمدفوعات في نظام إدارة المدارس من بابلون وتصدر الإيصالات بالعربية أو الإنجليزية.
هل بيانات مدرستنا آمنة؟
بيانات كل مدرسة منفصلة عن غيرها، وكل الاتصالات تستخدم HTTPS، وكلمات المرور محفوظة بشكل مشفّر، ورموز التفعيل تُستخدم مرة واحدة، والتغييرات الحساسة تطلب كلمة المرور مجدداً. اطّلع على سياسة الخصوصية.
لمن تعود ملكية بيانات المدرسة؟
للمدرسة نفسها. ونحن نعالجها فقط لتقديم الخدمة كما هو موضح في شروط الخدمة وسياسة الخصوصية.
لمن قائمة الانتظار؟
لمالكي المدارس ومديريها والمعلمين الذين يريدون إدخال نظام إدارة المدارس من بابلون إلى مدارسهم. نتواصل مع الجميع عبر واتساب، لذا سجّل برقم مفعّل عليه واتساب. وإذا كنت ولي أمر وترغب به في مدرسة طفلك، أخبر المدرسة عنه أو تواصل معنا.
هل الانضمام إلى قائمة الانتظار مدفوع؟
لا. الانضمام مجاني ولا ينشئ اشتراكاً أو شراءً أو أي التزام.
ماذا يحدث بعد الانضمام؟
نحفظ بياناتك ونتواصل معك عبر رقم الواتساب الذي كتبته بشأن تقدّم نظام إدارة المدارس من بابلون وموعد إتاحته للمدارس الجديدة. الانضمام لا يضمن الحصول على الخدمة أو موعداً محدداً للإطلاق.
